The Department of Economics at University of Colorado Denver invites applications for the position of Academic Director of the International College in Beijing (ICB). The rank of the position is open and salary is commensurate with the rank and experience. We seek an innovative leader with demonstrated administrative experience to oversee CU Denver's degree programs in Economics and Communications at ICB. The successful candidate will be based in Beijing, but will have a tenured or tenure-track appointment in the Department of Economics at CU Denver. The Director will work in close collaboration with the International College in Beijing, a unit of the China Agricultural University. The Director is expected to teach one or more courses a year and maintain an active research agenda. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Economics, a strong record of teaching and scholarly publication, and academic leadership experience.
