The Chinese Economists society invites proposals for three CES sessions at ASSA 2015. The 2015 ASSA meetings will be held January 3-5, 2015 in Boston, MA
The submission deadline is May 25, 2014. Please email your submissions to CES program Chair for ASSA 2015 conference and CES Vice President, Dr. Örn Bodvarsson (obbodvarsson@stcloudstate.edu). Acceptance results will be announced by July 31, 2014.
Both individual paper submissions and session proposals are welcome. All submissions should include an abstract of the paper and the CV, or its web link, of the corresponding author.
Session proposals should have a unifying theme. They should include a title for the session and the email contact of the chair/organizer, in addition to abstracts, author and discussant information for all papers of the panel.
Submission of papers or proposals requires active CES membership for at least one author of each paper.
Paper presenters must provide their papers to the session chair and discussants no later than Dec. 1, 2014. All panel participants must register for the ASSA annual conference.
Desiderata: Papers should relate in some way to the Chinese economy and connect to a current issue in the economics literature. Panels with cohesive theme are preferred.
