Established in 1999, the School of Management comprises two core disciplines: Business Administration and Management Science & Engineering. Business Administration is a Zhejiang Provincial First-Class Discipline (Category A), ranked among the nation's top 20% in 2025. The School offers a Ph.D. in Business Administration, three full-time master's programs, and a part-time MBA program. It hosts six undergraduate majors, four of which are designated National First-Class Programs. Committed to a student-centered "New Finance and Economics Strategy," the School enrolls nearly 2,500 students across undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Career outcomes are exceptional: undergraduate initial employment remains at 95%, postgraduate employment at 100%, and the further study rate exceeds 30%. The School has earned recognition as a distinguished cradle for professional managers. The faculty comprises about 100 full-time members, 97% of whom hold doctoral degrees, with over 50% possessing substantial international experience. Research productivity is robust, with more than 400 publications in leading journals, including Journal of Marketing Research and Information Systems Research (UTD 24), and 61 national-level funded projects over the past five years.
