The CES Continuing Education Workshop will be held on June 25, 2012 immediately after its Annual Conference (June 23-24) at Henan University, Kaifeng. The workshop aims to help junior scholars in early career of economics enhance research productivity and improve chances of publishing in peer-reviewed academic journals.
The conference keynote speakers, including Professor Dale Mortensen, Economics Nobel Laureates of 2010, will share with the participants their opinions and experience about being a successful research economist. Editors of several peer-reviewed international journals (including the China Economic Review) will provide professional advice on presenting research products and publishing papers. An author workshop will be conducted by Elsevier, one of the world’s leading publishers of academic journals and books.
The program will start 8:30 a.m. and end before 3:00 p.m. on June 25. The seats are limited and registration is received on a first-come-first-served basis. The program fee RMB 640 will be payable when you sign in for the conference on June 22 or June 23. The fee does NOT include accommodation on the program day.
